What your job offers you
You are a “trusted advisor” for our renowned clients from french-speaking Switzerland and help them to make their projects successful: From pre-sales to conception, implementation and operation. With your consulting mindset and your communicative personality, it is easy for you to advise, inspire and convince new and existing customers.
Your main tasks include
- Accompanying our customers from pre-sales to operations
- Analyzing, recording and implementing customer requirements
- Conducting workshops with various stakeholders
- Developing and refining concepts and architectures
- Supporting the realization of systems/platforms and their integration
- Proactively advising customers on all aspects of our solutions
What you offer us:
- Several years of experience and understanding of modern IT services and infrastructures
- Experience in scheduling and workload automation
- Experience & enjoyment in scripting & API connections
- Experience in the provision of IT consulting services
- Good communication skills & the will to do so
- Ability to work in projects & hybrid teams
- Strong French and good English skills
- Willingness to work on client site (if required)
- Enjoy a dynamic working environment (in a team as well as an individual player) with changing clients and projects
This gives you an advantage:
- University, FH- or HF degree in IT
- Proven experience with BMC Control-M or other workload automation solution
